I'll start praying that God will lead them to us I gave a friend this web address (the one I'm trying to help with her eating) but I don't think she's that motivated to change right now.....we'll just have to wait and see...God will provide, we just need to be patient and wait on his timing.

Sorry I haven't been posting in the past few days ladies, I've been very emotionally here lately....I'm on my 10th day in a row at work and beginning to become very exhausted from it. 2 more days! 2 more days and I am sleeping IN saturday!!! LOL But anyways, my emotions are better, I've had some great times with God these past couple of mornings so that has helped...But, here's how my eating has looked this week. Monday I was totally unprepared foodwise so I had to do the best I could w/what I could find. You would think the possiblities would be endless working in the grocery business but it's really hard to find healthy prepared food! Anyway, here's what monday looked like:
Breakfast: banana; high protein crunch w/soymilk and blueberries Snack: rf cheese stick; rf wheat thins w/hummus Lunch: chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread; soy crisps Snack: 8 oz light yogurt; almonds Dinner: turkey burger w/rf swiss cheese, turkey bacon, and avocado Workout: Back;Biceps; Cardio: 40 mins stationary bike pw snack: pudding protein bar
Macro's:
Total Cals: 2000 Fat: 68; Cals: 613 Sat: 13; Cals: 118 Poly: 12; Cals: 110 Mono: 10; Cals: 87 Carbs: 190; Cals: 656 Fiber: 26 Protein: 159; Cals: 635

No macro's for tuesday, I ate out so I have no idea what kind of calories I took in...almost not worth it anymore, easier to just eat @ home so that I know what I'm putting into my body, right?
Breakfast: banana; 2 slices ezekial toast (cinn raisin) w/natty pb Snack: rf cheese stick; kashi crackers w/hummus Lunch: turkey burger w/rf swiss cheese, turkey bacon, and avocado; 1 cup veggies Snack: protein pudding bar; almonds Dinner: chicken griller from outback (grilled chicken w/veggies over brown wild rice); side salad; pumpernickel bread No workout; Rest day

I agree with the eating out thing. I have gotten so off wack with my eating again because we are so busy with our new business that we eat out more than we were before I changed my eating habbits. Although I cant say that I could do the 10 straight days of work like you. So I applaud you for the fact that you are still even hanging in there. But I know it's those great days with God that make it all worth it. I'm looking foward to your off day..lol
God Bless
