OK, so I know that most of you ladies aren't as blessed as I am to have the most horrible PMS symptoms on the planet!!! I'm serious. I am constantly in excruciating pain, blinding headaches, bed-ridden w/cramps, super-heavy flow, etc., and of course due to all of the above, I'm Satan in the flesh to my family . The doctors have labeled it "endometriosis", which they say, contributes to my current state of barrenness. The not being able to have children thing aside (because I've placed that into the Lord's hands to take care of), it's this PMS thing that's really getting to me. So I've found this "estroven PMS" herbal formula that I'm going to order and see if it helps. It's not found in stores, so of course I hadn't heard of it, but it is available on-line. Unfortunately I just found out about it yesterday, so by the time I get it my period will be over, but it's pretty high rated, so I'm going to order it for next time any way. I just wanted to share w/you all in case any one else wanted to give it a try, and tell us how it works for you. It's supposed to help w/bloating, irritability, and cramps, etc., and it's all natural. You only take it when you need it. So I'm going to order some, and let you all know how it works. If it helps me, then it will work for anyone, even if your symptoms are only minor. But if anyone else wanted to give it a shot, or read the reviews on it, here you go www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=78674&catid=39239&trx=GFI-0-RVP-60&trxp1=39239&trxp2=78674&trxp3=1&trxp4=2&btrx=BUY-GFI-0-RVP-60

Ok, well I must say I was shocked to read this seeing how I have been in the bed for all morning due to a menstral migrane. Of coarse I've known you for all of your PMS life and I must say mine still doesn't beet what you go through. So needless to say I have stopped moping and realized that it could be worse. Huh! I'm sure you're thinking how you wish yours was just a headache. Anyway I have been lazy all day and have not worked out. I did however get a workout on the treadmill and weights at the hotel fitness center in Ca. Anyway, let us all know the results of herbal formula next month.

By the way ladies, this stuff did lessen the pain, but I must say that it was no match for my symptoms. Only a Rx 800mg ibuprofen, or stronger, will do. An even that, often times, can't hold a candle to my pain. But, for your average Jane's PMS symptoms, it may be worth a shot.

I'm almost done w/the bottle, which also means that my period should arrive any minute now. I have two days (including today) left of the pills, so I'm waiting to see how this period will be. I have not had any bad side effects, though which is great. But, I have absolutely no idea how this cycle will be. I'll let you know w/in the next few days how I feel during my period. Also a friend at church found us another herbal doctor like I was seeing before, except this woman seems like she deals with sooo many more patients, and she comes highly recommended for women. I went to see her office and there were tons of women in there waiting to be seen, and she has all of the herbs right there and makes it specialized for your condition. I'm waiting until my fibrovan is out though before trying any meds that she offers, because I want to know how much fibrovan helped first.
I'll keep you posted. But I praise God for so many people looking out for me, praying for and also being active in my quest for healing. It is such a blessing.

Ok, well If it lightens the pain a little Praise God. I'm sure you'll take that over nothing at all. But I agree with the blessing of others looking out for a sister in Christ when it comes to pain and prayers. Our God is an awesome God and He here's the prayers of the rightous.
Remembering his precious grace.... mom

OK, so this cycle has been painful as usual. I've been popping ibuprofen left and right. The only problem is that I ran out of the Rx 800 milligram, so I just have to take regular OTC which is only 200mg. So I've been taking like 3 at a time, which is horrible because you're only supposed to take 1. But this is the only way that I get some relief and make a solid attempt at maintaining my household duties. I was completely down for like 2 days, and praise God that my hubby and son tried their best to comfort and take care of me and cook, etc. But boy, this house can get to be out of control when the woman of the house is out of commission. So I just had to make myself get up an at 'em yesterday, pain or no pain. (Hence the OD on painkillers)... Oh well, I'm still praying, only He understands this pain, and the reason for it. May He glorify Himself in this and every situation...
