I totally agree with this because I'm always trying to eat better and lose some weight but I would never really see a change in the mid section ( my love handles) that I don't love at all. But now that I'm working hard on drinking enough water and getting my fiber it has really made a difference in my stamina and the weight loss that I see has been mostly in the stomach. I'm also not as tired when my bowels (to be blunt), are moving properly. So I encourage anyone that is struggling on permanent weightloss and you don't want the weight rollercoaster that I've been on for years to check out that web site. Again my struggle has mainly been getting enough water even when I do get decent fiber. But the two together are very helpful. If anyone has a great idea that they could share for the people like me that have trouble getting the proper amount of water please share. I have been doing much better but we humans have been introduced to so many other tasteful drinks (most unhealthy) that water has been knocked down to one of the least popular drink. I carry a big cup with me most of the time as a reminder to drink my water. I'm trying but I'm going on that website to see what they have to say regarding fiber.
