I made these tonight and they came out pretty good. It's a recipe from the o2 website but I tweaked it a little bit to make them moister and sweeter.
2.5 cups rolled oats 4 tbsp cocoa powder 6 scoops chocolate or vanilla pp 3 tbsp splenda 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup yogurt 2 tbsp pudding mix (to add some sweetness) 1-2 cups water

Thanks, I'll be trying these out. Did you use fresh, frozen, or dried blueberries? I'm thinking that you could use dried, and then constantly switch out the fruit for a new taste (i.e. craisins, raisins, dried apricots, etc...) each time you make them. Hmmm...
Thanks for the recipe. I really need to get over to o2 and look for some new recipes, as soon as I get a free minute. I've been trying some from my old magazines lately....

I used fresh b/c I had them...the dried ones tend to have alot of sugar in them...however I did think about using cherries or strawberries next time...and maybe a little bit more yogurt. Maybe 1 cup instead of 1/2....they're definitly better than the first ones I made!

Ok, I think I've perfected the recipe: 1 cup yogurt 2 1/2 cups rolled oats 6 Scoops chocolate pp 1 cup of fruit (your choice, purree the fruit first, it helps the moist factor) 1/4 teaspoon stevia 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 1/2 cups water Bake @ 350 for 30-45 mins. YUM!

Yummy, that sounds pretty good I may try to make some. I haven't tried making my own protien bars but I really need to because it's hard for me to find some that I like. (not to mention how expensive they are) Thanks for the recipe
