I'm feeling pretty good right now. The reason being a few weeks ago I wore a dress that I had for a while and it was to small. It was a perfect fit. This morning I took that same dress with me to the gym to change into after my workout. Ladies, I am proud to say the dress is now to big and just hanging. I knew I was loosing inches, but I didn't realize how much. Now believe me when I say the only thing I have left to wear is a jean skirt which is now to big in the waist and I have to roll it down to keep it up, a pair of pants that only fit in the waist because they have elastic in the waist two suits and one the skirt is getting to big. So what I really should be saying is O Happy Day!!

I'm still doing both, but I have added two extra circuits at Curves to get my heart rate up. I guess my body started adjusting to the same routine, so I had to take it up a notch. I ordered new workout tapes called Hip Hop Abs. It looks like a lot of fun and the exercises are really good ones.
07/19/07 Breakfast: 1 cup frosted shredded wheat 2/3 cup of fat free milk coffee (forgot my fruit this morning) 2 cups shy of my daily water intake.

Well, I will admit that I did kind of over do it in Vegas, So that means I really have to work my toosh off this week. I didn't even bother to count calories at all because it would have been a wast of time.

I know what you mean, but it's just so much easier to let ourselves go than to get it all back, ain't it? But the results are so worth it. If your family is anything like mine (full of "big boned" women) then it is all too easy to accept the extra weight as the norm, and to actually think that you're supposed to look like everyone else in the family. I pray that you are inspiring others around you to do the same as far as taking care of their health. I know most of my family looks at me like I'm crazy, lol, when I talk about living healthy and exercising. Many have just resigned themselves to the fact that if it's in the gene pool, just assume that you'll be a certain way... BTW, I wanted to ask about the Hip Hop Abs DVD's. Do you like them? I was thinking about ordering them, but wanted your "review" first. I want to get a new cardio DVD and was thinking about that one. Let me know

I haven't worked out to the hip hop abs yet, but they are a lot of fun and I do look forward to it. I just have to get up off my patukess and do it. I'm just getting myself back on my eating routine because I had got off track since the wedding. But even so, I'm still losing inches.

Still on the weight loss mission. I have hit a plateau, but I haven't gained any back which is a good thing. My plan is to try to get over this plateau thing and lose 10 pounds for the holidays.

Sad to hear about the plateu , although it's good that none of it has come back . How's your diet been? Are you eating enough?
