Hey Sister of the Lord, I hope you like this soup.
2 Red Bell Peppers 1 Can Chicken Broth 1/4 tsp Thyme 1 Cup Buttermilk
Quarter Cut your Peppers in saucepan, add 1 can of chicken broth, 1/4 tsp of thyme. Bring to a boil. Bring to low, cover and simmer for 10 min. Put into Blender, add buttermilk and salt as needed Blend and eat.
