Easy, moist and yummy (and they freeze well, so make a big batch for quick meals later), better than store bought, & can also be used for meat loaves or meat balls.
Turkey burgers
INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground turkey 1.5 tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs 1.5 tablespoon finely diced onion 1 egg white, lightly beaten 1.5 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1.5 teaspoon dried) 1/3 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.
Enjoy on whole wheat buns w/baked fries or baked chips!

Baked fries (so much better for you than fried)
INGREDIENTS 4 large baking potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil* 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons onion powder
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut potato into wedges/fries. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together. Coat potatoes with oil/spice mixture and place fries in an even layer (not stacked) on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven, turning fries every 15 min or so until desired doneness.
*If you wanna completely cut out oil here, just toss the the fries in a bag w/ the spices, and place on a pan sprayed liberally w/Pam (or my favorite, lined w/parchment paper, works like a charm), and then spray tops w/pam again, cook as stated above.
