I'm back and I'm ready for action!!!!!!!
I've been doing great w/my workouts, despite being sick. My weight is maintaining, while the fat decreases and muscle and tone increases. I'm continuing to eat mainly organic and homemade items so that I'm in complete control of all additives that enter my digestive system. (I'll be posting some recipes as soon as I get a minute). My hubby is even eating better now (he goes through these phases were he throws everything that he knows about eating out the window). I'm "training" him so to speak, as he is in pretty good shape already from years of eating my cooking, working out randomly (we have a weight room that he's not quite as religious about going into as I am) at home, and being a carpenter gives a good workout M-F. But, he is ready to pack on more muscle, so that he can see results from his workouts (up until now, he's just been maintaining), so he's gonna be eating a bit more to put on some extra (lean) muscle. It'll be exciting to see his results, as long as he listens to me .
So how about you ladies, how's your eating and workouts been? It was good to read about some of the continued weight loss and decreases in pant sizes that are going on around here. How many days a week are you guys working out now? Although I haven't been around, you all have been in my prayers!
May the Lord give you continued strength to take care of His precious temple, whether through weight loss, or just better health in general. There are way too many deadly diseases out there now, that can be prevented, and healed through healthier eating and lifestyles.
