Well we're back, and it feels good to be home again. I tried my best to stay in contact, but it just didn't happen. We had a blast, the Creation Museum was fantastic! Science really does prove that the biblical account of creation is true! This museum was created in part by a former Universal studios tech, so it had the same quality as something of that nature. I will post pics when I get a chance, but we truly enjoyed it and recommend it if you ever get the chance to pass through the Kentucky/Cincinnati area (we actually went about an hour out of our way to go, and we were so happy we did!).
The wedding went well, and despite my entire family telling me how fat I'd gotten (another thread in and of itself - you know how boldly honest family can be ), I still had a great time. I got to see my Dad's side of the family that I hadn't seen in a couple of years, but sadly couldn't see any of my mom's side, since they were at a family reunion that same weekend . So it'll be at least another year before I get to see them.
I was even able to make it to church for Bible Study on one day and service another (our church has a location in CHI, about 15 minutes from where we stayed - very convenient ).
But thanks for the prayers, we departed and arrived home safely, and truly had a blessed time.

It's a blessing that you guys were able to go to the museum because who knows when we will get to that side of the country. But at least we will have the pictures until we do. Welcome back and trust me I know how honest family can be some times. Too bad sometimes it has a little envy or not enough tack in it. But God knows.
Glad you made it back safely
