I don't know if I've share this before, but it's an awesome site for moms that want to better streamline their approach in meal prep and other kitchen duties. The website has tons of tips to use to help you plan and organize your meals, and if you sign up for the menu emails, you'll receive a menu complete w/a grocery list already put together (if you do not sign up, you can just go to the website and check them out whenever you don't have time to plan a menu for that week - this is what I do [and will be doing this week, as we are super busy]). If you don't like that particular week's menu, feel free to grab one from another week located in the menu archives. You now have no excuse for not knowing what's for dinner.
"Menus 4 Moms is a free weekly menu plan with 5 nights of dinner menus including recipes and grocery list. Although new recipes are periodically introduced, including some dishes you might not otherwise be inclined to try, the menus are based on food your family will actually eat - meat and potatoes, casseroles, soups, and the like. Try our new Sample Weekly Menu before subscribing (although the menus are free and you can unsubscribe at any time, so you may prefer to just subscribe now)! You will be hooked after a week of delicious meals and a freezer full of quick and easy ingredients to use later.
Each week a 5 day dinner menu is posted with recipes and grocery lists included. Menus are based on the Busy Cooks Pyramid and include cooking for the freezer and planned leftovers as well as using quick and easy recipes and tools like slow cookers and bread machines. Menus generally will feed a family of 4 with leftovers or a family of 6 without leftovers. If your children are teenage boys, however, all bets are off!"
