It's been pretty good. I've been sick this week, so I didn't workout Thurs., Sat., or Sun., (I snuck in a tiny workout on Fri., morning). I ate pretty well for thanksgiving. I mean, I ATE, don't get me wrong, but, I kept it all in moderation, and got up early to sneak in a workout the next morning. I haven't eaten much over the weekend, with this sickness, I wasn't feeling very hungry (although I was extremely thirsty, so lots of water and teas).

I do plan on working out back/bi/abs today, we'll see how it goes.

So far I've only had a small pumpkin scone (homemade, and whole wheat of course) and black coffee for breakfast. (It's been a slow morning). I need to get some vitamins in my system and get moving. I'd give anything for another cup of coffee, though. Too bad we ran out completely this morning. :(

How've you been doing? I haven't been to O2 (or anywhere) in FOREVER, so I really haven't kept up...

OK, OK I haven't posted in forever, so I'll throw in a day's worth of activities here (or at least I'll try ;) )

So far this morning:

1 cup coffee (I'm seriously contemplating a second one, I'll keep you posted)
1 homemade ww bagel w/butter (real/organic appox 1/2 Tblspn)

that's all for now, lol...

OK here's the rest:

coffee (yeah, I had had the 2nd cup ;) )

1/4 c honey roasted peanuts
water

organic pb&j on ww bread (homemade)
water

organic flax omega cereal (1c dry)
water

homemade calzones (ground chicken, homemade pizza sauce, homemade crust, and organic, lowfat cheese ;D )
1T light ranch (for dipping)
water

8 sour patch kids :o (yeah I admit it, lol)

No workout, I was really sore, and didn't want to tear my shoulders. I've learned the hard way over the years that they can only take so much, and when the need the rest, I HAVE to give it to them.

Well that's all for today!
